Gary Fish, President, Deschutes Brewery
Raised in Northern California, Gary was exposed to the beer and wine industry as the son of a grape grower. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah in 1979 and began his restaurant management career in Salt Lake City. After several years of managing/owning several successful restaurants, he moved to Bend in 1987 and opened the Deschutes Brewery & Public House. In its first year of business, the pub produced roughly 800 barrels of beer. Deschutes Brewery produced and sold approximately 145,000 barrels of beer in 2005 and currently has distribution in eleven western states.
Deschutes Brewery was named Business of the Year by the Bend Chamber of Commerce in 1996, Brewpub of the Year by Brewpub Magazine in 1999, and was named Brewery of the Year by Malt Advocate Magazine in that same year. Deschutes was recently named "Manufacturer of the Year" by the Oregon Entrepreneur's Forum in Portland, Oregon and given the “Good Neighbor” award by the Oregon Restaurant Association. Deschutes' beers have won many awards in national and international competitions. Deschutes Brewery ranks in the top nine craft breweries nationally for growth and volume.

Kaibridge, Daniel D. Mayhew
Kaibridge (www.kaibridge.com) software gives unprecedented control to animators and game designers to create the most realistic or fantastic 3D digital animals at a significantly lower cost than traditional animation techniques. They offer significant advantages to film and game companies by reducing costs, increasing the believability of their creatures and by making the integration of film and game products easy. Kaibridge uses its engine to produce Kaibridge-branded on-line games and will work with computer animation studios to produce TV shows and films, as well as with computer game developers to build and run games on any platform.
Kaibridge’s team is lead by Daniel D. Mayhew, with 20 years of management experience in technology and start-up companies, and Kent A. Stevens, Ph.D. from MIT’s Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, who is an inventor.
