Central Oregon has grown
over the past decade to be a recognized area
for brewing and distilling due largely to the
popularity of Deschutes Brewery, now Oregon's
second largest craft brewer. Other 'micro
breweries' are making their mark including
Cascade Lakes Brewing Co., Bend Brewing, and
Silver Moon Brewing. Bendistillery has
toasted the success of their premium vodkas and
gin, while Culver-based The Traditional Company
makes award-winning hard apple
cider. |
